VBS Leasing d.o.o. is a member of the international holding VB Leasing International, the subsidiary company of Osterreichische Volksbanken AG from Vienna and VR-Leasing from Frankfurt.
The holding operates in Slovenia, Austria, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Hungary, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Poland and Romania. In the end of 2003 its operations spread to Serbia and Montenegro. In 2005 VB Leasing International also began operating in the Russian market and established a joint venture company with the headquarters in Moscow.
