Even though selling of cars is a very common activity among Slovenian merchants, one must take into account that the national legislation regulating the field is very strict - it does not tolerate any violations and severely fines them.

Transferring a vehicle which you buy or sell can be quite tiresome, nerve-racking and time consuming. Leave this chore to us and save your time and money for more important things.
Visit the business premises of the Insurance Company Luič from Monday to Friday between 8 a.m. and 18 p.m., where we will take care of everything. The cost of transferring a vehicle is 10 euros, it does not depend on the vehicle's value.
Both the seller and the buyer of a vehicle should be present at the transfer.
The cost of transferring is covered by the seller - according to the Law on Obligations, except when agreed otherwise by the seller and the buyer.
The required data for commission sale - contract
Seller- ID card
- The vehicle road licence
- The seller's tax number
- ID card
- The buyer's tax number
The latter should then have the contract, which we provided, notarised and notify his municipal administration unit of the ownership transfer.
